About Paula
Paula Coughlan is a life and leadership coach who partners with people globally navigating growth, transition, and meaningful change.
Empowering personal and professional growth
Paula creates a curated executive coaching experience, working selectively with individuals who are ready to deepen their impact while pursuing what matters most to them. The focus is on meaningful transition, sustained transformation, and designing a life and leadership style that reflects their true values and priorities.
The practice is shaped by decades of leadership, service, and authentic human connection, as well as Paula's own experience of redefining success on her own terms.
She has worked with tech founders, lawyers, actors, non-profit leaders, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, students, full-time parents, and established psychotherapists. Her clients achieve meaningful personal growth and significant professional progress through her grounded, psychologically informed approach.
Paula previously practised as a psychotherapist and brings that depth of insight to her coaching work. She founded and managed a travel business and served for many years on the board of the Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA), where she chaired a national industry training initiative.
She holds MSc degree from the University of Limerick, BA (Hons) IICP, with further Master's-level innovation from Trinity College Dublin. She has volunteered as a Humanist Chaplain and has provided pro-bono counselling in a community-based charity.
